Fantastic! Best meal we've had on LBI in a long time. The carpaccio app was perfect!! Seasoned perfection. Loved the crisp and not greasy egg plant in the other app we shared. All entrees wonderfully prepared. I had the veal and the wild mushrooms in that sauce were out of this world. Thank you, chef. Greatly appreciated from a 30 year veteran in the business. ~ Megan D.
An amazing chef who serves great food. There was a split in the partnership last year so this is their first year with just one partner. I had a skirt steak with pommes frites that was amazing. The frites were super skinny with Parmesan truffle. The grilled romaine was also delicious but a little heavy on the sardines in the Caesar dressing. The bread is to die for. All in all a great meal. Not cheap, but great. Sure is nice to have 5 star choices on the Island!!! ~ Nicholas D.
I highly recommend Dune 18 in Ship Bottom! We had our son's rehearsal dinner at Dune 18 last Thursday and from the moment I reached out to Virginia, I knew I was in great hands! Virginia helped me create a beautiful party with a lovely cocktail hour followed by a 3-course dinner with desert. All of the food was delicious and hot! The food is always spectacular as is the staff who are friendly and more than accommodating. My Mother's Day meal was amazing in a warm welcoming atmosphere.

Best restaaurant in LBI. Felt like I was family member when i walked in because of how warm and welcoing they were. 100% recommend great food. Enjoyed our first meal at Dune 18 tonight, but it certainly won't be our last! We tried the Prix Fixe Menu, which is offered Thursday, Friday and Saturday fromj 4 - 6 pm. Dinner includes an appetizer, salad (or soup), entreeand desert. We had blistered Shishito Peppers and Rock Shrimp as appetizers, house salads, Cod Oreganata and Tortelliini Carbonara. Finished our meal with an Apple Turnover and Pumpkin Roll. Every bnite was delicious! Our waitress was friendly and gave us excellent service. Virginia, the owner, could not have been nicer. If you haven't been here yet, make plans to do so! You won't regret it.
